*Condominium pricing is less due to the limited scope of the inspection. Condo owners own the inside of the structure only. Condo inspections do not include inspecting the roof, exterior, or other components that are owned by the Home Owners’ Association.
Townhouses typically have a unique address, garage, attic, their own water and forced-air heating systems – basically they are similar to a single family residence that shares a wall or two with another dwelling. Inspecting townhouses takes more time than a condo. The inspection fee is slightly higher due to the additional items inspected.
We reserve the right to adjust the inspection fee to a townhouse fee regardless of what is stated in the MLS or other listings.
